Payment can be made either by cheque or electronic funds transfer, often referred to a BACS payment.

Ordering items that aren’t in stock will require full payment in advance. Please contact us for details.

Our aim is to keep your delivery costs to a minimum, and because they vary, depending on both the weight and dimensions of your order, we prefer to advise you of the cost once we have your order in full. However, your items can be collected from the RMA Sports UK office by prior arrangement without incurring any delivery charge.

Should your items arrive damaged, or not fit correctly, RMA Sports UK will replace or refund you provided you inform us within seven days of receipt of your order. This policy does not affect your Statutory Rights or Manufacturer’s Guarantee.

Please note that all prices shown in this brochure include VAT at 20%. Should the rate of VAT change then that new rate will apply to your order.

It takes 12 to 16 days to order skis, so please consider this when planning your equipment purchases before leaving for on-snow training.
